Dinner Menu:Romaine and Spinach Salad: Romaine, iceberg and spinach with grape tomatoes, cucumber, and croutons served with ranch and Italian dressing Fresh Bread Assortment:Freshly baked bread served with whipped butter ramekin Beef Medallions with Mushroom Madeira Sauce: Seared beef medallions with mushroom and Madeira demiglace Grilled Chicken Piccata: Grilled chicken breast with lemon, capers, and parsley Fresh Grilled Vegetables: Grilled vegetables that can include asparagus, red peppers, chilies, onions, and zucchini Asiago Mashed Potatoes: Asiago cheese folded and whipped into fluffy mashed potatoes
