Overnight camping info:

All participants must sign a waiver before they will be allowed to camp overnight. You can find this waiver attached under resources of the Vibes Night link.

If you are staying overnight, don’t forget you need clothes, water bottle, camping chair and a tent for you and your scout. This year there will be fireworks and it is Vibes policy to run the sprinklers during the fireworks show as a safety precaution. Because of this, we encourage units to bring a tarp to keep their tent dry. NO STAKES ALLOWED.

OVERNIGHT CAMPING IS WEATHER PERMITTING!

If it is raining or rains, it will be at the Scout Leader’s, parents and volunteer’s discretion as to whether or not they would choose to continue camping out on the field.

If there is a very large down pour, a decision will be made (by Vibes head groundskeeper) as to whether or not we (Vibes) can continue allowing “overnight participants” to continue camping in the outfield. We will notify everyone once a decision has been made.

IF THERE IS LIGHTNING, overnight participants will have to immediately leave the outfield where Vibes staff will direct them to a safe area.
