How to record your service hours!

As Scouts, we define ourselves through our commitment to the service of others.  Community Service is a large part of who we are-- we advance through service, we measure a unit's success in Journey to Excellence with service hours, we define our future Eagle Scouts by the leadership that they show through an Eagle project in our community.  Every year we help  in Soup Kitchens, with church clean up projects, Eagle Projects, Scouting for Food, Care and Share Drives, and Bell Ringing.  This list goes on and on!

With so many opportunities to provide service, it seems hard to keep track of them all!

Did you know that there is a program that can keep track of the service hours and projects that you complete all year long? It is easy to use too!

Step #1: Log into your my.scouting.org account.

You can reach the "Service Hours Reporting" website through your my.scouting.org account.  It is located under Legacy Webtools in the menu.

Step #2: If you have not logged on before, log on as a new user and create a username and password.

You will need your Unit ID # which is the same as the ID # used for Internet Advancement.

Contact the Council office at 719-634-1584 with questions.
