Welcome to the Ute District.

The Ute District has a long and lasting service to the community in El Paso County, Teller County, and Park County.  Named after the indigenous people who lived our region, The Ute Tribe have sacred grounds along what is known as the Ute Pass.  One sacred ground is "Tavakiev" which is known today as Pikes Peak.  Today, the cities of Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Fountain, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Florissant, Divide, and Fort Carson serve our youth and their families with programs such as Cub Scouting, Scouting, Venturing, Sea Scouting and Exploring.

Today, The Ute District is proud to serve the youth of 30 units in the Harrison School District 2, Widefield School District 3, Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8, Cheyenne Mountain School District 12, Manitou Springs School District 14, and all communities in Teller and southern Park counties.  We would be proud and grateful of the support of so many volunteers who bring honor and quality to the various program we offer as we strive to live up to the timeless values and the high standards of the Boy Scouts of America, the Pikes Peak Council, and the Ute District.
