ELECTIONS COMMITTEE NEEDS YOU
for 2009 UNIT ELECTIONS

Unit OA Elections.   We are gearing up for the 2009 Order of the Arrow Election Season.  In order to start elections on January 1, 2009, we need train teams and assign the units to contact.  We will be holding elections at 2 locations for your convenience.  The 2 locations are:

Scout Activity Center, 985 W. Fillmore St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907
Sunrise United Methodist Church (SUMC), 2655 Briargate Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

The training takes about 90 minutes but we are asking you to bloc out 2 hours for questions and unit selections.  All teams should receive training and we asking those who helped in past years to attend also and get a refresher on the rules so we can hold quality elections in each unit we visit. All sessions start at 6:30PM.  We are also offering a variety of dates to accommodate your busy schedules.
