Welcome to the Pikes Peak Council Shooting Sports Program

Pardon our dust! We’re in the process of building a great web site!

Announcements

The 2008 NRA/NAA Shooting Sports training schedules are now available. These are the courses which are required for Merit Badge counseling. Each merit badge requires the discipline-specific trainer course (rifle, shotgun or archery) and the rifle and shotgun classes require the instructor course.

Shooting Sports will be at the 2008 Scout Show! We are very happy to be able to offer in-door shooting and an information booth at this years scout show.

The 2nd annual William Tell Games will be held on May 17th at Camp Alexander. This event is open to all Scouts and their family members and is a great opportunity for Boy Scouts to satisfy the range demonstration portions of their merit badges.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS! We are rapidly approaching a highlight of every Cub Scout’s year – the summer day camps! We need your help to staff these camps, please consider getting trained and helping on the BB and archery ranges!
